Blend’s® Liquor Ice Cream, invented in 1994 is produced by The Ice Cream Bar, Inc. of Minnesota USA. Contains 20% Distilled Spirits and 80% Superpremium Ice Cream (a 50% over-run and 14+% Butterfat). Blend’s® is made in a variety of classic ice cream drink flavors. It is frozen solid, just like regular ice cream, and can be further processed by the consumer into drinks or desserts. It is warehoused, transported, and merchandised just like regular ice cream. If a wholesaler or retailer successfully handles ice cream now, they can handle Blend’s®. Blend’s® is intoxicating and is required to pay United States Federal and State Excise Taxes – it is a controlled substance. It can only be sold where Beverage Alcohol Products, specifically, where Distilled Spirits Products are sold. ALL EXPORT PRODUCTS ARE SPECIAL ORDER with pricing based upon volumes. Dipping rounds: 2.5 and 3 US Gallon Rounds, 1.75 Liters, 1 Liter, 200 mL, 100 mL, sizes are available based upon order volumes. Blend’s® Liquor Ice Cream follows TTB Export Rules. All products that are exported carry “EXPORT” on the container or case label. The Ice Cream Bar, Inc., files TTB F 5100.11, “Withdrawal of Spirits for Exportation,” for all products it exports and requires a signed copy be returned to us to comply with USA, TTB Export procedures.
