About Our Founder A Fashion Affairs Company For over 30+ years, The Image Development Place has been providing image development training and services to individuals and corporate clients. Dorris Irving, principal of Image Development Place, has over 30+ years of experience in the field of image development. She is a certified image consultant and former professional model. Ms. Irving is a graduate of the University of Houston and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in (TLS) Technology, Leadership, and Supervision and a Master of Arts degree in Theological Studies from Houston Baptist University. As a highly respected trainer and consultant, she has helped hundreds of adults and youth learn how to look, feel, and act with poise and self-confidence. She has helped individuals gain skills to succeed in their chosen careers, including modeling. As a sought-after speaker, she has talked on such topics as the Importance of Image, Dressing to Achieve Results, Job Search, How to Build Professional Credibility, and more.
