About The Ingram Group
The Ingram Group was founded in 1983 by Tom Ingram after leaving his post as Deputy to the Governor and Chief of Staff to then-Governor Lamar Alexander. Since that time, the Group has enjoyed success as the go-to strategic consulting and lobbying firm, focused on two core objectives—solving problems and maximizing opportunities. There are two main reasons for the success of the Group. First, we recruit the top people in politics, government, public relations and the media, and represent both sides of the political aisle. As a result, we’re comfortable working in many different complex situations, we understand the intricate world of decision making at all levels of government, and we use our competencies to effectively solve problems and maximize opportunities.
