We facilitate innovative leadership development, inclusion, and community-building programming through the lens of inheritance*. *A new definition of inheritance (noun): ancestry, culture, beliefs, values, stories, social conditions, traits, and perspectives received from past generations. Our inheritance is more than the physical items passed from one generation to the next. It includes the beliefs and behaviors we inherit from our family and society, as well as our ancestry, social conditions, culture, and values. It is the accumulation of our unique lived experiences that shape the individuals we are. Inheritance is not just something we come into, it’s what we can connect through and the root cause of most conflicts in our workplaces and society. Our programs teach leaders actionable tools to lead diverse teams, find common ground across lines of difference and turn conflict into constructive opportunities for collaboration.
