The Innovation Center, a small business incubator in Biloxi, Mississippi, provides a place to release your ideas and realize your potential. It’s an enriching environment where sharing space, business basics and collaborative creativity will cultivate your idea, transforming it into reality. Our goal since October 1990 has been to encourage the development of small, start-up businesses by providing an atmosphere in which they can survive and prosper. In addition to a successful tenant program, we also provide support through walk-in consultations, seminars and courses, a virtual tenant program, and other outreach programs. We are continually searching for new ways to grow the entrepreneurial spirit and small business sector on the Gulf Coast. The Innovation Center is a project of the Harrison County Development Commission with support from the Greater Biloxi Economic Development Foundation.
