About The Inspirational Learning Group
The Inspirational Learning Group develop and deliver world-class, innovative and engaging enterprise programmes in schools and colleges across UK and international markets including China, India and the UAE. We work in conjunction with some of the UK's most well-known brands including NatWest, Air Products, GE Vernova, JCB, AtkinsRéalis and more, to help young people to develop their entrepreneurial and key employability skills. Founded in 2012 by award-winning entrepreneurs, cousins Michael and Ben Dyer, their journey began after overhearing a coffee shop conversation where two well-dressed businessmen were talking about how young people simply do not have the skills required for the world of work, so they decided they would be the ones to do something about it. Fast forward 12 years and The Inspirational Learning Group now deliver the UK's largest enterprise competition, The National Careers Challenge and have inspired over 600,000 students to date. The group also deliver and facilitate the prestigious National Skills Challenge for college and sixth form students. We also offer a range of other programmes including My Perfect University, The Stocks and Shares Challenge, Alien Apocalypse Team Building Challenge and a variety of Curricula led resources developed by our in-house education team and delivered via our proprietary online learning platform; Lightbulb Online. We are also able to offer an Alternative Provision outreach programme - Inspired Skills & Enterprise Academy - for students struggling to engage with a more traditional school curriculum. The Inspirational Learning Group are experts at linking organisations with schools and colleges and can design and develop fully bespoke programmes as part of your CSR, Talent Engagement and Community Outreach initiatives.
