About The International Travel College of New Zealand
For over 24 years, The International Travel College of New Zealand (ITC) has offered a fun, practical and friendly environment to study airline, airport, travel and tourism at Auckland City and Botany Town Centre. Training exclusively in airline, airport, travel and tourism, we are specialists in our field. The College goal is to attract enthusiastic people of all ages and cultures, and to focus on creating a quality experience, both for our students whilst training with us, and for the companies who employ our students. ITC is an award winning College, with over 10 awards won in the past 6 years. ITC also holds ISO 9001:2000, an international quality standard, one of the few Colleges in New Zealand to do. All students are offered a ‘Lifetime Placement Service’, a unique offering in our sector. We work with employers in the industry in a range of initiatives that support our students into employment. Our students are involved with some great work experience programmes, volunteer work schemes and part time work opportunities. We offer schools an excellent range of support services. This includes resources for teachers who are teaching tourism at Levels 2 3. We participate actively in careers evenings and expos and will guest speak to your students about the industry and what is on offer. Our Gateway and STAR short course programmes have operated successfully for several years so we can help schools with anything they need to help their students excel in this field.
