At The Irish Shakes we are passionate about all things alcohol but especially cocktails! Established in 2016 to fill a gap in the market for a boutique bar service for private events we have been shaking and making all up and down the Gold Coast since then. Operating on a BYOB service, we provide a cost effective way for our clients to provide a bar service to their guests for their special event. As well as our BYOB boutique bar service we also provide consultancy services for bars on the Gold Coast. We can devise and manage your new cocktail menu, stock your bar with the required glassware and train the staff in order for you to get maximum return on your new cocktail bar investment.
