The story of The Job Connection begins years before we opened our doors with this particular name. Prior to being known as “The Job Connection,” the founders decided to become part of a hiring agency franchise. After seeing an advertisement for a franchising opportunity, the newly retired founders decided to use their newfound free time for good, and so they did! This chapter, or preface, spanned the decade between the years 1990 and 2000. Throughout those ten years, the team’s particular franchised branch was the #1 branch in the nation. When the 21st century rolled around, the team decided to sell back the franchise and one day later, they opened their doors as The Job Connection. By returning as a locally owned and operated hiring agency—already with a decade of experience—The Job Connection team hit the ground running, and we’ve been at the forefront the race ever since! The Job Connection has a number of satisfied clients and candidates. Our key personnel have over 70 years combined staffing industry experience and are committed to delivering quality customer service and support that our client's have come to expect.
