A writing scholarship in memory of my husband Jonathan Caplenas. Writing Scholarship Starting in 2018-2019 School Year there will be one recipient annually for the Jonathan Memorial Writing Scholarship. Qualifications This annual scholarship is in memory of my late husband, Jonathan Caplenas, a writer. This scholarship is awarded to a High School Senior who submits the best (subjective) 4-page fictional story selected by the panel. Exact submission dates, requirements, and submission guidelines will be available in the fall of 2018
