About The Joy Academy

Why we do what we do, and how we do it: We are an inner leadership academy. We believe that sustainable change towards true collaboration and innovative breakthroughs requires radical responsibility for inner change on an individual level. Our unique approach of inner team management provides the toolset for taking this individual responsibility. It considers mind, body and heart as equal team members, guided and developed by awareness. We call these inner team members the FORMIES (Four Me’s). All human beings can be leaders when they develop themselves. Our way of self-development is based on inner relationship building towards a balanced inner team, strengthening cognitive, emotional, somatic, systemic and intuitive intelligence. As a side effect of inner leadership, we develop crucial general leadership qualities: courage, open-mindedness, resilience, appreciation, focus and action-orientation. Our goal: breaking free from constraining habits and boosting collective innovative power. With 1:1, group coaching programs and self-transformation training for different consciousness integration levels, we ‘unpack’ leaders from all walks of life and help them uncover who they really are: visionary human beings who pioneer a society built on balance, freedom, and joy.
