I live and work on Dharawal land, on the beautiful southeast coast of Sydney. And I am so glad that you're here! I like to bring both of our humanness to the therapy space. Messiness, with no judgment. I welcome tissue-filled tears, and embodied emotion, raw reflection, and a light touch of humour. You can disclose as much or as little as you like. I don't want you to feel as though we are moving through a textbook, as we know that life is never that scripted. I've worn a few different hats across my studies and career; beginning in psychology, moving through exercise and sports science, and rehabilitation counselling, and even qualifications as a personal trainer. This allowed me the opportunity of varied knowledge and experience, and appreciation of the mind-body connection, and still I inevitably found my way back to psychology, my true love, for which I am forever grateful. If you are feeling lost, stuck, heavy, or detached, I promise you're not broken. Just human.
