We are a holistic healing center offering licensed therapy, executive and wellness coaching, healing through body movement, art and nature, groups for psycho-education and healing, speaking engagements for your team or business, and we partner with many health and wellness experts who use diverse modalities for overall healing and growth. Wellness (or executive) coaching comes in many different forms. At Kineo, we offer coaching for top level executives and leaders who have been successful in business but relationally and/or emotionally, they are struggling to keep things together. We also offer coaching for the everyday person, looking to talk with someone about life during difficult seasons but aren’t sure they “need therapy”. Our wellness coaches can work with you one-on-one or as a group to help you improve your health and well-being. By using concepts from psychology, leadership development, and health and wellness fields, a wellness coach can help you overcome obstacles to maintain healthy relationships and habits for life. At Kineo, we take a holistic approach to helping you make important lifestyle changes, internally and externally, to improve your physical, emotional, relational and spiritual wellbeing. Taking the time to slow down and look for a therapist is not always an easy task. So for taking that first step, we applaud you and the courage that lays behind the desire to ask for help. It takes a village to become who we are meant to be, but ultimately, the change starts with you. Therapy is great when you are struggling with anxiety or depression, have unresolved relational issues, past trauma that has begun affecting your normal routine, or an intimate relationship that is going through a difficult time. It also helps when you need to work through family problems with parenting, extended family or grief and loss. These are all a part of being human and being in relationship, and it’s OK to ask for help in the midst of them.
