The Kiz Lab is the number one Urban Kiz dance school in the Bay Area, founded by Jessica Marie, Ph.D., a passionate advocate for dance and psychology. Our mission is to offer an inclusive, safe space where individuals of all backgrounds can explore the art of Urban Kiz. With a focus on detailed instruction, personal growth, and community building, we strive to empower our students through dance while fostering deep, meaningful connections. As a Black Veteran-owned and minority-led entity based in the Bay Area, CA, we pride ourselves on our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our offerings include weekly classes, workshops, private lessons, and social dance events designed to cater to both beginners and advanced dancers. Our innovative approach to dance education emphasizes the importance of consent, mutual respect, and the joy of learning in a supportive environment.
