Keeping up to date with the latest law changes, locating legal documents such as tenancy agreements or having someone on hand to ask any questions you have with your tenancy or tenant. The Landlord Association [LandlordExpert.co.uk] has produced 3 websites since its emergence almost 5 years ago. Each time, we have improved the services we offer and evolved the way the website functions. What you see now is 5 years of hard work. We use the income we generate from the funding we receive from our media partners to develop more services and to maintain those we already provide to thousands of registered members.
