The mission of the Langland Family Be A Light Foundation is to remember and honor the life of Brooke Anne Langland who died unexpectedly at the age of 17 in November of 2020. Brooke was a senior at Liberty High School in the Iowa City Community School District and a member of the award winning dance team. The foundation will utilize funds to create college scholarships for Liberty High school students, support the dance team, as well as support other local charities in Brooke's name.
