About The Language Hub

The Language Hub is a language learning center based in Richmond, VA. It offers innovative teaching solutions, built on conversation. Classes are inspired by the Language Matrix, an innovative approach to language learning based on conversation. At the Language Hub there are no textbooks and the class is completely tailored to the learner. You will create your vocabulary sets and learn grammar as you go. Our goal is for you to be able to have conversations in the target language. If traditional courses have not worked for you so far, give us a shot! The Language Hub was founded in 2021 by Chiara Maggia, an Italian language enthusiast living in Richmond, VA, who has been teaching languages since 2018. Chiara speaks 5 different languages fluently and decided to put her personal experience to good use. The number of courses and languages offered has been growing steadily, and TLH today has 4 teachers trained in the methodology, based in the Americas and Europe. We offer both online classes (via Zoom) and in person classes for learners in Richmond, VA. Online classes are also held by teachers located in Europe. Classes can be individual or for small groups from 4 to 6 people. Languages taught so far include English, Italian, Spanish, French and German, at Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced level. Since our courses are entirely customized, we get remarkable results especially with business learners.
