The LEAD Curriculum Framework enables staff in the private sector organisations to connect with young people in the education sector to develop the soft leadership skills to selflessly serve. We believe everyone can lead a life that is significant, full of new meaning and feeling good. This can be be achieved through a paradigm shift in the meaning of leadership, where the purpose in leadership is linked to service. We offer a "feel good experience" for employees whilst "making a difference" to "life" and "work" at the same time. Our mission is to change the leadership conversation from position and power to influence and impact. We do this through getting employees and young people to solve real company priorities together. We address company priorities such as brand recognition, talent recruitment, employee wellbeing, encounters with future target markets and many more. There are essentially three product lines: 1. LEAD D2MAD - employees work with young people for up to one day on a real company priority 2. LEAD Extended Programme - working with a focussed group of schools to fulfill your CSR or BAME targets over a specified period. 3. Leadership Consultancy - a transformational leadership programme suitable for individuals, school leaders, charity groups and functional teams. We are bridging the gaps between education and the business of life.
