Through thought provoking written exercises, we guide athletes to discover who they are beyond what they do. Our Story Vince Luciani was a lifetime athlete, former CFL and NCAA football coach. After being asked the question “Who are you?” he responded with “I’m a football coach.” Broken down and in tears, he realized he had let what he did define who he was his entire life. Since then, he has been relentless in empowering athletes to define their lives beyond the sport. Our Purpose To create a positive and safe space for athletes to grow their minds and connect with each other on a deeper level. We do this so they gain the self-awareness and mental clarity they need to perform at their best both off and on the field. Our Legacy To Positively Shift the Culture of Athletics.
