About The Let It Be Foundation
The Let It Be Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization that provides support to Southern California communities. The focus is providing individualized aide to meet the needs of the family (medical accessories, sibling care, household maintenance, meals, etc). With sponsorship and private donations, relief can be provided to overwhelmed and financially-strained families. The foundation was inspired by Karla Asch-Rosen, who was diagnosed with inoperable brain cancer. Her heartfelt desire was to "just be normal" and share her faith with others. The foundation's mission reflects the life-changing impact that illness can have on the family dynamic. Through the Let It Be Foundation, together with the help of the community, we can care for families that are in need - in desperate need to "just be normal." We can help them to enjoy things, right here in their own community. We can help them to socialize and have fun. Most importantly, we can help them avoid centering their existence on a disease and focus instead on the positives that can come out of it.
