Learn more about Maria Kalli, Founder of The Lifestyle Club. Maria is a certified Life Coach and Nutritionist. She is passionate about mental health and nutrition and always has her clients best interests at heart. Having suffered from mental health issues most of her life, being diagnosed with OCD and ADHD and countless other doctors appointments, she decided to use a holistic approach for her ongoing recovery. This is the very basis on which she assists her clients on their journey to recovery. She has now been in the medical field for over 18 years. She began her career as a Beauty Therapist, quickly progressing to a Medical Manager, then transitioned into Care Quality Commission (CQC); the association responsible for overseeing all the clinics and hospitals within the UK. After successfully performing in this role, Maria went onto Clinic Management, opening and setting up new hospitals and clinics up and down the country. Fast forward to 2021, and Maria now runs her own successful clinic, primarily focusing on Life Coaching and Nutrition. She continues to develop in these areas and is proof that instead of letting diagnoses put us in boxes, we should always pursue our dreams and add value wherever we can. Maria’s motto is TLC; The Lifestyle Club | Tender. Love. Care. Self-love is at the forefront of this.
