@thelioncottage A home built of wood, in the middle of a park, on the banks of a river leading to the beach… Several times each year, we transform our Lion Cottage home into an enchanting vacation rental for visitors dreaming of getting away from it all in Santo André da Bahia. In these brief periods, our guests find themselves enveloped in the quiet and relaxed environment the region is famous for while enjoying all the comforts and harmony of a home away from home. The Lion Cottage offers guests 3 luminous suites and two independent studios, all immersed in tropical natural abundance. Wrapped in a symphony of swallows, parrots and exotic birds amid the splendid vegetation and towering old-growth trees typical of the “Mata Atlantica”, the Lion Cottage vibrates blissfully in the magical light reflected between Santo André’s rivers and coastline. The perfect vacation home awaits those that appreciate the revitalizing effect of returning to the intimacy of cool, easy comfort after a lively day of sun, sand and sea. Here, life follows nature’s rich rhythms: waking to birdsong, stepping out on a veranda surrounded by plants and flowers to enjoy a breakfast set in our tropical garden before wandering just a few minutes to some of the most beautiful and uncontaminated beaches in southern Bahia.
