Who We Are: A large real estate team in Memphis with an office in Germantown. We sell a home every 2 days and have sold over 800 houses in 8 years. A group of fun, fast paced, yet serious, group of high minded individuals who all share a common goal of serving the customer. Who We Need (Read this one twice!): A team player who will remain calm when things go haywire in a transaction, as they sometimes do. Must be comfortable in a fast paced environment where every day can be different. Highly organized person who possess a strong desire for order in all work related activities. Someone who loves making lists/to-do's and has a need to complete them in a work day. Friendly, compassionate and respectful attitude with everyone. Person with a credit rating that demonstrates financial responsibility. Desire to be a part of something greater than they could have solo. Does not feel entitled or "owed" anything and is willing to work hard, every day. Positive attitude and "glass half full" mindset. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To: Maintain a database of prospective buyers, provided to you by the team. Keep appropriate follow up systems in place to ensure all prospective buyers are communicated with clearly. Be open & willing to learn the teams' approach to serving buyer clients. Carry constant communication with prospective buyers from initial registration to closing on their home. Foster a friendly, positive and educational environment for all of our clients. Have a great time creating a life by design. All training will be provided to you at no cost. Must be willing to become licensed to sell real estate once hired.
