Welcome to The Loft – the affordable, timeless, unique photo studio that will thrill your clients and take your images and business to the next level. With flexible studio options to give you total control over the mood and light, The Loft is open for shared or private photography use for an hour or for the day. The Loft: Central Iowa’s premiere photo setting, our most unique urban loft space. 5000 square feet with high ceilings and original wood floors, surrounded on 3 sides with nearly floor to ceiling windows.. This studio gives the perfect light any time of day. Widely spaced structural beams give your images an urban feel. Or mix it up and take advantage of the wide clear span for a sense of openness. The retro wood and brick stair well can add a unique setting for senior portraits and if you have big props, the freight elevator opens at the back of the studio. Studio B: When you need a full size studio and amazing diffuse natural light, studio B is for you. With extra tall white walls and west facing floor-to-ceiling windows, this space is a natural light shooter’s paradise. Warm, dark hardwood floors complete the studio with plenty of room for your lights, props and your clients. Studio C: Ideal for single and couple’s portraits or a day spent shooting corporate headshots, Studio C’s main wall has 3 sections for background: brick, block, and white. Also featuring a fotodiox triple roller paper drive set with wall mount set for 3 seamless paper background rolls in black, super white & fashion grey. You can quickly shoot your client in separate setups give them more choices and waste less time. The large, west-facing floor–to-ceiling window is surrounded by brick and offers creative potential found nowhere else.
