About The Loft Pilates Inc
We offer Pilates private and semi-private session, group classes and comprehensive workshops. To ensure quality services, we keep our group classes small, with 6 people on the reformer and 8 people on the mat. This allows us to pay attention to what you're doing, make individual corrections and provide hands on support when necessary so that you can fully understand the depth of the Pilates work. In addition to Pilates and Yoga, The Loft Pilates Studio is the first place to offer GYROTONIC® in the west end of Toronto. Our classes cover a wide range of choices from restorative to athletic. We are trained to work with pre/post natal, chronic back pain, herniated disc injuries, scoliosis, hip replacements, reconstructive knee surgeries, osteoporosis and more. The Loft is more than just a place to exercise or an instructor, it is a personal journey of self exploration. The skills you will acquire in class are transferable and can be applied to your day-to-day life or other physical activities.
