The Lookout Group was founded over 30 years ago by visionary friends David Gibbs and Bill Hinckley. They had the bold idea to bring executive housing to the uncharted territory of Central Texas. With limited resources, they bootstrapped their dream and got their hands dirty, often personally surveying new properties on horseback in the early years. Creativity and quality drove their day-to-day approach – each hand-selected project was tackled with the same enthusiasm as their first.
