Mobilizing Internal Strengths by Forging Integrity Through Sports (M.I.S.F.I.T.S.) is a rugby initiative that aims to facilitate access to elite rugby opportunities for Caribbean players and personnel. This is done by providing international tour exposure and select placements in the United States and Canada. With Rugby being the eighth most popular sport in North America and rising, your help could foster to lead our athletes toward being a part of the foundational rise of the game that will set the tone for world dominance and raise it to the level of other sports, such as Ice Hockey, Basketball and Soccer to name a few. With highly established Men’s and Women’s teams that have dominated since their debut in 2022, the talent within the Caribbean is so rich, like our culture. This is why players outside the Caribbean have sought to join our ranks. We need involvement from the diaspora so that we can build the bridge for our players to showcase their talents to compete on the world stage. In addition, we need to bring others up through the ranks. Through our partnership with the My Actions Defy Expectations foundation (M.A.D.E.), we have built a collaborative and results-driven program for our players that provides the following opportunities and programs: · World-class competitive training programs · Access to emotional and psychological programs and services · Education enhancement opportunities · Participation in community service initiatives We are gearing up for a successful future for rugby in the Caribbean as well as many more countries around the world.
