Paul Maggiore started the company in 1974, and over the years has run the business with honesty, integrity, and passion. He strategically grew the business from a one-man construction shop to a comprehensive construction management and property development services company. Matthew Maggiore began working for the company at a very young age and learned the business hands-on from superintendents who are still actively working for the company today. A graduate of Skidmore College with a BS in business management, Matthew became a project manager and property manager after he completed his degree. His knowledge of construction and construction management has enabled him to expand Maggiore's multifamily residential development portfolio tremendously, totaling more than 650 units constructed and sold since 2006. The Maggiore Companies offer innovative design solutions to suit their client’s construction and development requirements. Their comprehensive approach focuses on integrating their clients’ business's unique identity with its current and anticipated needs, potential challenges, and financial resources, to create the most effective environment possible. The Maggiore Companies has experience building an array of diverse projects but most recently has successfully completed several car dealerships throughout Massachusetts.
