About The Maine Women's Conference

The mission of The Maine Women's Conference is to draw women together to connect, educate, inspire, and empower one another to assume new and expanded roles in the workforce, our lives, and communities. We want to be inclusive of Mainers from near and far, and provide the most comfortable experience for all, so this year we will engage virtually. Although the format has changed our goal remains the same: to deliver an inspiring, collaborative, engaging event unlike any other in Maine. While we are tremendously anxious to meet again in person in the coming years, we are excited about the potential that a virtual conference offers to our attendees. Our 2021 theme, "Growing Through Connection: Self • Family • Work • Community" will guide our content throughout the conference - from the learning opportunities to the social engagement activities. Attendees will experience valuable Interactive Sessions and have ample opportunity to network and develop new relationships with other attendees. Our conference is designed for participants who represent “every woman” while recognizing that each of us is unique. We engage the whole person, who resides in and out of the workplace, is involved in a myriad of endeavors and is in pursuit of individual goals for herself and her family.
