The M.A.N. Program is designed to teach men and women how to control their anger and express it appropriately to build better relationships, achieve their goals, and lead healthier more satisfying lives. M.A.N. is the Acronym for Managing Anger Naturally. The M.A.N. Program implements, practices and measures for individuals to recognize and modify behaviors as it relates to daily situations. Group counseling sessions as well as individual counseling sessions are specifically designed for the exploration of the topics of Health Education, Attitude Adjustment, Parent-Child Behavior , Anger-Stress Management and Domestic Violence. This program is widely recognized in the community for its dedication and services to the Department of Education and to judicial courts. We provide Anger Management and Domestic Violence batterer intervention sessions and workshops to participants of probation and parole in addition to any agency needing our services. Our mission is to teach participants coping skills and the negative effects of anger on relationships, individual stressors and triggers, and choosing new behaviors.
