About The Mancini Group
We were founded in June 1983 in a City in Northern Italy called Verona (yes, the one Shakespeare cited)! We were founded by Alessandro Mancini, who was an intelligent 21 year old unemployed stockbroker at the time. He spent his days talking to business owners and discussing issues. In 1983, he noticed he knew everyone in the small city very well, as well as the business, so he decided to put two and two together, and act as a recruitment agency for Verona. A few meetings later, he was sitting in his own small office near the river, with spectacular views, helping 30 local businesses with their needs. Over 30 years later, he is the CEO of The Mancini Group, which he founded. We now have offices in the UK, Italy, and the USA. Our Head Office is based in the Heart of London, where Alessandro is now located. We offer staffng, recruitment and corporate services. Our legal/H&S subsidiary is a small part of the business, with the majority focussed on recruitment. We are, in other words, a recruitment agency.
