Since 2013, this 501(c)(3) non-profit pre-apprenticeship program, has improved the lives of young adults by offering a bridge to careers in construction, while fulfilling the huge demand for skilled workers in the skilled trades. Our Mission is to provide young adults a bridge to the skilled trades through basic training, on-the-job experience and the creation of a career path that will enable transition to financial independence.
