I specialize in helping small business owners understand and use their financial information to better manage their business. My approach is to not only make sure that all of the financial "stuff" gets in order and stays in order, but to teach business owners how to fully understand and manage it, either on their own or with my ongoing coaching and support. I offer the following services: Accounting and Bookkeeping - Quickbooks setup, fixup, training, bookkeeping, and accounting. Financial Statement Creation and Analysis - to make sure you have monthly financial statements and know how to use them. Financial Management - to show you strategies to increase cash flow and decrease taxes, as well as more sophisticated tools and techniques to give you better insight into your business, such as cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and scenario modeling. Financial Coaching - customized programs to ensure that you understand and can manage all of the financial aspects of your business Financial Training - live seminars, webinars, and conference calls, both public and private, in many areas of finance, including understanding financial statements and essential tax strategies.
