The Meatball Shop is an employee first culture that promotes creativity and individuality within our communities while serving simple, sustainable and delicious food. Founded by childhood best friends, Daniel Holzman and Michael Chernow, The Meatball Shop opened its first location on The Lower East Side in 2010. Over the last eleven years, we have expanded in the NYC market to four locations, including pop-ups in Washington D.C. and Connecticut, as well as a delivery only concept in Boise, Idaho! Our “ballers” as we call our team, are the most important part of The Meatball Shop family, and we are passionate about serving our guests simple, sustainable, and delicious food. We believe in creating a culture that promotes creativity and individuality within our communities.
