Welcome to my website, I'm Robert Mitchell, creator of The Meditation Course. The Meditation Course is the latest evolution of my training which I have been developing since 2013. Over the last eight years I have run thousands of training sessions in classes, courses and retreats. I also run two podcasts with thousands of downloads each month.
