Mercury is dedicated to empowering growth for C-suite leaders through strategic, peer-to-peer connections in an inclusive, vendor-agnostic environment. Our goal is to drive the development of visionary leaders for the next generation. One of the challenges executive leaders face is the need to have strategic and meaningful conversations with professionals at the same level. It takes time to pursue relevant relationships, and as a C-level executive it’s easy to find yourself adrift in the sea of vendors and consultants all seeking your time and attention. At Mercury, we solve the issue by vetting individuals for our elite network and offering a suite of fast-track options for leaders to have conversations, exchange insights, and solve problems with their peers. Our curated platform provides a truly member-driven community, where Mercury Members can connect through exclusive, quarterly in-person events, and monthly virtual round-table discussions. Our impactful leadership development program, the Mentor Exchange, was born at a New York member event, where CIO and CTO members in the room made a good faith agreement to mentor each other’s direct reports. Now a year long program, the Mentor Exchange incorporates “top three” business school professors and an in-person summit. At Mercury, we are proud to partner with Women in Technology (WIT) in mentoring women training in tech who come from underrepresented communities.
