The Merger Training Institute is an accredited provider of mergers and acquisitions training courses. MERGERS & ACQUISITIONS DUE DILIGENCE A two day course that teaches delegates how to combine financial and commercial analysis to asses the most important risks in an M&A transaction. SUCCESSFUL POST-MERGER INTEGRATION A two day programme teaching delegates how to run speedy but controlled post-merger integration programmes that maximise synergies while minimising operational risk.
