About The Merk Group

The Merk Group was formed as a culmination of years of Property, Banking, Finance & Legal experience and an expansion into All aspects of Corporate Business & Management Consultancy. The Board also ventured into the Business Angel Sector and the Merk Group took Majority and Minority Shareholding positions in a variety of Eclectic Businesses ranging from Company Rescues in the Whisky packaging industry, Manufacturing in the Housebuilding bespoke Timber Kit sector and for numerous years working in Conjunction with a Top 5 UK Housebuilder in all Directorial aspects of Residential House Building, Management, Bank Consolidation Restructures & Venture Capital. For 6 of those years Merk have been involved with major Commercial Banks in managing a substantial debt portfolio in conjunction with taking ownership of Bank Commercial Property and Managing Commercial letting until Exit strategies were implemented. Since August of 2017 Merk have been involved in Founding, Funding, Project Managing & guiding a new start business in The Training Industry, The Academy of Clinical Training, which is initially specialising in the multi million pound Beauty Industry. As with all past Project involvement this Project has involved all Merks Corporate experience from incorporating the New Business, preparing Business Plan, sourcing and negotiating all Trading Property contracts, implementing all regulatory and Accreditation requirements and Managing and Directing the company through to opening trading.
