About The Michael J. and Ann Sherman Center for Engineering Entrepreneurship Education
Our mission is to enable interdisciplinary student entrepreneurship in the broadest sense by providing education about tools, concepts, and resources to foster creativity and the ability to develop commercially viable ideas. Launched in Fall 2014, the Sherman Center is a Northeastern University community that connects engineering with entrepreneurship. The center offers semester-long courses in product-focused topics, in-house co-op for engineers to work on their own ventures, mentoring by entrepreneurial alumni, and evening workshops, and student-led product development.
