Tired of the calorie-dense and nutrition-poor readily available foods that were sabotaging his daily workouts and fitness goals, Ryan asked Francesca to prep simple and delicious meals for him each week. Not only did people notice Ryan’s posts about Francesca’s meal prep on social media, but friends, co-workers and fellow classmates noticed a physical change in both Ryan and Francesca. Before they knew it, they had a client base looking for the same type of prepped meals that helped both Ryan and Francesca transform their physiques in a matter of months, and MMPCo. was born!
