Annabel Rivkin and Emilie McMeekan are storytellers, creative strategists, public speakers, writers, worriers and incredibly good friends. They set up The Midult as a counter proposal to everything out there for grown-up women: an unfiltered look at the rhythm of life. Between them they have huge experience working with brands on their narrative and tone of voice to help them be heard in a crowded arena. Their bestselling first book, I’m Absolutely Fine! A Manual for Imperfect Women, came out in September 2018 and is out now in paperback. Together they write a Midult column in the Saturday Telegraph Magazine and Annabel has a beauty column in the Evening Standard’s ES Magazine. The Podcast 'I'm Absolutely Fine!' launched in October 2018, as a companion to the book.
