About The Mizrahi Family Torah Academy
Every child deserves to be noticed and valued, especially in a Yeshiva, a setting designed to foster a love of oneself, Hashem, and Torah. Under the esteemed leadership of renowned Mechanech, Rabbi Avrohom Yachnes, Mizrahi Torah Academy is a K-8 Yeshiva in South Florida, developing boys and girls (on separate campuses) to be our community leaders of tomorrow. Through our “Power of 10” model, we place a strong emphasis on building character and Middos. With our class sizes capping out at 10 students, we are able to individualize attention to every student, reducing the pressure of the typical learning environment. We build each child up with positivity, and patience, while motivating them to aim higher, and reconsider what they feel is possible. Constant review, with fewer tests and homework, shifts the context away from the stress and anxiety of learning to the test, to having a love for learning, as an end goal. At The Mizrahi Family Torah Academy, we set new standards in the realm of chinuch by empowering our talmidim and talmidos to excel. Our mission is not just to ‘teach’, but to reach our Talmidim and Talmidos on a personal level. We appreciate that each child possesses unique potential, and our role is to simply unlock it. Our Rebbeim, Moros, and teachers are encouraged to instruct in a manner that resonates with them, giving them the freedom to create immersive and hands-on experiences for our children, bringing the curriculum to life.
