At The Modern House we aim to be more than just an estate agency. We aim to be a business which helps people to find and make better homes. We aim to help people to live in more thoughtful and creative ways, and to help show how design can be a powerful force for good - generating greater wellbeing, wealth, a sense of community and beauty. The Modern House employs extraordinary people from a broad range of backgrounds - the members of our team have academic training in areas including art, architecture, journalism, literature, economics and photography. We speak with honesty and authority and are committed to providing proactive, intelligent and even enjoyable service. In an industry that’s all too often synonymous with mistrust, people come to The Modern House for a human approach to buying and selling. We represent exceptional homes in urban and rural locations throughout Britain, from our offices in central London. We put great care into our workplace - our current space is a wonderful church hall that we have converted in line with our commitment to good design.
