I HELP PEOPLE IN PAIN, SHIFT INTO PEACE & SHINE I have been meditating for over 30 years - in many ways. Due to an accident/injury and trauma several years ago, which caused me intense pain on a daily basis, I came to appreciate and practice meditation and healing in a whole new way. It has led me to a place of calm, peace and joy, despite any circumstance. After training in various modalities, I now share the magic of meditation with others. Meditation can be magical in your life. Finding a way to integrate it into your daily life, is the beginning of a beautiful journey. The more you learn about how to meditate, the more you want to meditate, explore different relaxation techniques and WAYS to meditate, meet other people who meditate, eat food better suited to meditation and so much more! Every time I reached a new hurdle in my healing journey, I researched, found the fastest hack to move forward, and got certified in new modalities. Hypnosis was one of those things.
