About The Monarch Institute for Neurological Differences The Monarch School is the cornerstone program of the Monarch Institute for Neurological Differences which also includes The Monarch Diagnostic Clinic, Therapy Services, Training Center, Transition Services, and the Replication Program. All are located at the new John M. O’Quinn Campus. Tuesday Tours The Monarch Institute, John M. O’Quinn Campus is located on an 11-acre site in the heart of Spring Branch, in Northwest Houston. Tuesday Tours --Visit us to see our students, faculty and staff in action. Every 2nd and 4th Tuesday when school is in session, 10 - 11 a.m..
