The Montecito is an unparalleled, resort style, retirement community located in picturesque Santa Fe. Here independent and assisted living are celebrated in luxury. Our lavish 15-acre property houses 120 deluxe independent living suites and 26 private assisted living suites. Coming the spring of 2019 we will be proud to be offering Memory Care as part of our suite services in our commitment to serve our every growing population. Experience senior living at its finest at The Montecito, where rich conveniences such as salon, spa, and fitness center are right at your fingertips. Our main clubhouse, El Centro, houses The Starlight Lounge, The Montecito’s nightclub & bar as well as Garbo’s Restaurant. All of the above-mentioned amenities are open to the general public for a nominal monthly membership fee. Allowing outside membership allows our residents to meet new friends not yet living at The Montecito and ensures we remain an active hub for the retired members of the Santa Fe community. The Montecito is a unique and diverse retirement living option. Here at the Montecito Santa Fe we focus on residents maintaining their independence. Our campus spreads across 15 acres of beautifully manicured southwest landscape. A quarter mile walking trail surrounds the perimeter of the property, while paved walkways throughout allow our residents to regularly enjoy the fresh air and amazing mountain views. Santa Fe averages 283 sunny days a year, so members enjoy the use of our spacious back patio, shuffle board, and putting green almost year-round. Our full-time activities and transportation departments ensure residents have access to all Santa Fe has to offer. Surrounded by a town with a vibrant history, our residents partake in regular excursions to festivals, museums, theatre, galleries, concerts, national parks, and much more. Whether our residents feel like going out or staying in, there is always something to do at The Montecito.
