🌿 The Moon Healing Farm & Co. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing holistic healing and emotional wellness to the hearts behind the service military personnel, first responders, community leaders, and families impacted by trauma or violence. 💙✨ Our mission is to create restorative spaces where those who give the most can pause, reconnect, and receive. Through Recharge Retreats, group therapy workshops, and healing circles, we offer trauma-informed care rooted in resilience, emotional support, inner self-connection, wellness hygiene, stress relief through intentional movement, healing practices, and self-care activities. 🌊🧘♂️🌿 We proudly serve military members and veterans 🇺🇸, first responders including firefighters, police, EMTs, and healthcare workers 🚒🚓🚑, community leaders in high-impact roles 🤝, and parents and families affected by violence or loss 👨👩👧👦. Additionally, we extend our support to the South Dade community as a whole. Our wellness experiences integrate holistic practices & emotional care, including guided stillness, self-compassion activation ✨, breathwork, aromatherapy 💨, lymphatic movement, somatic stress release 🌿, peer connection, and resource navigation 🤝. At The Moon Healing Farm & Co., we believe that self-inner healing is a human right especially for those who lead, protect, and support others. 💖 By nurturing their emotional well-being, we help build stronger, more connected communities from the inside out.
