In Taiwan, The Mustard Seed Mission devotes to community work for 70 years. With community self-help and mutual benefit as a vision, gathering strength and building a community common good network. Through cooperation, service planning, employment empowerment and local resource connection, The Mustard Seed Mission links with local shops, NGOs, and partner churches to be our "common good partners", providing community services such as children sponsorship for vulnerable families, youth employment empowerment, community disaster prevention, i-ro i-ro children's home and food bank, etc. The network has opened up an immediate and direct welfare network for vulnerable families. In 2018, The Mustard Seed Mission welfare network has helped 3,500 disadvantaged children in long-term economic subsidy, nearly 400 children received education grants, 2,731 children participated in family events, which increased parent-child interaction and 616 children participated in summer camps to learn and communicate through group activities. 452 children joined the talent learning programs to broaden their horizons, 150 youths find future directions through youth employment empowerment program, 67 families receive financial aid for emergency.
