The Nanny Connection opened its doors in Hudson,Ohio in 2004 with the goal of finding qualified local nannies for local families needing full or part time child care. Since then, our services have expanded to include an on call babysitting service and summer nanny placements, as well as a la carte background screening, Events and Back-up Care. We are passionate to provide a superior service for all your childcare needs. The Nanny Connection is the largest nanny placement agency in Ohio. We also now offer corporate back-up care services in Louisville, Northern KY, Indianapolis, Fort Wayne and Bloomington, IN. Our Goal: To personally assist each family and business in securing fully screened, experienced child care providers, and to offer opportunities to high quality nannies and sitters to be matched with families who recognize their worth. Our Mission: To guide families through the process of finding high quality care. We understand that each situation is unique, and are devoted to finding the best child care match for each family. We will not sacrifice quality or integrity to make this happen. We continue to grow in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky because of the personal care that we provide, and the reputation we have built with our families. Our professional staff sort through hundreds of applicants to find candidates that are highly qualified and dependable, with each completing a rigorous screening, including a face-to-face interview, reference checks and complete background checks.
