About The National Alliance of Research Associates Programs (NARAP)

Mission Centered in the emergency departments across the United States, NARAP is a 501(c)3 non-profit clinical research organization focused on increasing the quality of health care delivery nationally, especially in the areas of screening and prevention. Our work engages pre-health professional students as data collectors providing these pre-med students with enhanced clinical opportunities unique to the research setting while teaching them the fundamentals of interacting with patients. Vision Hospital emergency departments near universities and colleges will serve as a link in a national network for clinical research, a vehicle for primary health care screening and prevention, and a locus to foster the development of future health professionals. NARAP looks to change how we facilitate primary health for large segments of the U.S. population by conducting clinical research rapidly, efficiently, and at low cost while developing future doctors and health professionals.
